Fondation Stamm : Educating, Training, and Inspiring Burundian Youth

At the heart of its mission, the Stamm Foundation works every day to provide children and young people in Burundi with a better future, built on education, vocational training, and strong human values.

Every child, regardless of their background, needs access to education to fully develop. School not only provides knowledge, but also helps shape personality and social relationships. Combined with love and support from adults, it becomes a true foundation for a balanced future.

The smiles of the children from EPCM Gatumba and the Mutambara daycare reflect the real impact of our actions. From an early age, we create safe environments where children can learn, grow, and thrive.


  1. Sport as an Educational Tool

The rugby match between ETPM Muramvya and ETO Gitega schools highlighted much more than competition. It strengthened teamwork, discipline, and connections among young people, while also showcasing the technical training programs offered by the Foundation.


  1. Learning a Skill to Change the Future

Through our sewing workshop, many young people gain practical skills. Guided by experienced trainers, they learn a trade that opens real opportunities for employment and independence.


  1. Quality Practical Training

Thanks to modern facilities such as the EPCM laboratory, students benefit from hands-on training in health sciences. This better prepares them for the realities of the professional world.


  1. Graduates Ready to Build Their Future

At the CPEI, 22 young people successfully completed training in technical fields such as electromechanics, welding, and tailoring. These programs provide a valuable opportunity to fight unemployment and build a stable future.

The Stamm Foundation is actively committed to women’s rights. By supporting local initiatives and working to prevent gender-based violence, it contributes to building a more equitable and inclusive society.
