Our hospital remains active and ready to care

Beta Humanitarian Help, in partnership with the Stamm Foundation, has carried out for the fifth consecutive year a surgical campaign this year to help the most disadvantaged. Thanks to this partnership, the Beta Humanitarian Help team once again believed in the work done at the HHK (Hippocrates Hospital of Kajaga), which led to a surgical campaign this April. Essential surgical operations were able to be performed under dignified and humane conditions.

This is concrete proof that our local system can function effectively with targeted support.

While some doubted our hospital’s capacity to host an international medical mission, the facts now speak for themselves: our facility not only opened its doors to a team of doctors from Magdeburg, but was able to provide them with the basic conditions to carry out their humanitarian mission. We are proud to prove, once again, that our hospital remains a pillar of health for the population, a place of hope and care, despite the challenges.

When the German doctors stepped into our hospital, they found a dedicated staff, clean spaces, and an organization ready to support them. Despite the technical difficulties sometimes encountered, our team has shown flexibility, responsiveness, and an exemplary spirit of cooperation.

Successful interventions, transformed lives

Thanks to this collaboration with Beta Humanitarian Help, several delicate surgical operations were successfully carried out. The patients — children, adults, men, and women — regained not only their health, but also hope. These medical acts, carried out in our operating theatre, testify to our facility’s capacity to be useful and effective, even with limited means.

A hospital that works, day after day

We operate 24 hours a day, we receive emergencies, we ensure childbirths, consultations, and post-operative follow ups. The presence of the German doctors only highlighted what we accomplish every day for our community.
