The months of June and July were full of events for Fondation Stamm.
In June, Thilo Kehrer visited Burundi to celebrate the first anniversary of the Thilo Kehrer cultural center in the town and province of Gitega. The youth center, named after the German international footballer, opened in 2022 through the partnership of Fondation Stamm, Thilo Kehrer Foundation and BURUNDI KIDS.
It was also in June that Fondation Stamm received a visit from a delegation from the Bundesland Baden-Württemberg. One of the goals of the visit was to strengthen the partnership between this German province and Burundi that started more than 30 years ago. The German delegation was able to visit a technical school and hospital set up by Fondation Stamm in Kajaga (Bujumbura province).
In July, Verena Stamm visited Germany. The legal representative of Fondation Stamm was in her native country to celebrate the 20th anniversary of BURUNDI KIDS, a long-standing partner of Fondation Stamm.
